Bio: |
As a graduate from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California with a BFA, Misos work presents itself through a variety of mediums including paintings, sculptures, drawings, and etchings. Her art is often stimulated by her interpretation of the known and her experimentation with creating the unknown. Fascinated by the changing environment, the vigor ecocatastrophe, the biology of man and the science of evolution, Miso has sought to create a world in which her creatures, born of her making, can coexist amongst us. Miso currently works and resides in Los Angeles, California. She can also be found under her real name Karen Hsiao, creating fine art photography.
