Chas Ray Krider
Columbus, OH
Chas Ray Krider is based Columbus Ohio. He has been artistically active in his local community, working and exhibiting for more than thirty years. Self-taught in art and photography, Chas Ray's work has gained regional, national and international recognition. Chas Ray has been awarded grants and fellowships for design and photography, including awards from the Greater Columbus Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Art. Chas Ray is a four-time recipient of the Creative Individual Award from the Ohio Arts Council. His photography is widely published, both as commercial application and fine art.

In 2003 Taschen published and release worldwide Chas Ray's first monograph of photography, titled "Motel Fetish". A second book titled "Do Not Disturb" was published by the French publisher La Musardine in October of 2007.
She Said, He Said - a comic for modern relations by Chas Ray Krider
"She Said, He Said" - a series of singular comic strip panels depicting a running dialogue between a couple in deep embrace. A humorous commentary on contemporary relations: a one-sided dialog in which each side miscommunicates with the other.
